C-MROS is a true co-operation between specialist independent aircraft component repair facilities in the UK.
Reducing price and lead times whilst not
compromising on the specialised, high quality service you would expect from independent focused workshops.

Formed primarily to compete with the larger one-stop-shop MRO organisations, C-MROS
retains the flexibility always found in smaller workshops, but is able to produce improved fixed pricing agreements,Flying Hour or Power by Hour Agreementsor even be your stores and logistics centre with GRI's and stores personnel 24-7 to support your needs(audited and approved by your QA).

With the added benifit of an experienced reactive freight forwarder giving discounted rates and organising all your freighting requirements worldwide.

We can support as many or as few of your needs.

How does C-MROS make money without increasing the workshop quotes?

C-MROS covers it's costs in the same way as a large organisation covers it's overheads and charges a fixed rate across all of its carefulli picked suppliers. It does not try to make a profit out of them as this would affect the quotes recieved by customers. In fact quotes recieved can be obtained direct from each of the workshops should the customer wish. This ensures that charges remain the same whether the customer goes direct to each of the suppliers or through C-MROS. C-MROS actually helps to reduce the overhead across each of the companies by reducing their administration, storage requirements, vehicles, personnel etc consolidating under one roof.

C-MROS makes profit on peripheral services such as:

Flying Hour or Power by Hour administration/spares leasing-Fixed price contract negotiation / administration, advance exchanges to customers -Exchange on behalf of supplier due to failure in lead time (charged to the supplier at no cost to the customer as penalty for failing to meet agreed turn time, and normally part of a fixed price and NTE price agreement) - customer parts storage, administration and logistics -Parts supply and purchasing services for repair organisations and customers.

Special Projects

It's in everybody's interest to keep quality and service at a premium whilst keeping prices at a minimum.
